TimberSolve recognise that new products often need technical support in the form of design assistance, software and site training, to realise their market potential.

TimberSolve was instrumental in guiding two new I-Joist suppliers through the testing and approval of their products for use in the UK, and now provides the same companies with engineering support through two dedicated timber engineers. These engineers undertake the design of I-Joist floors and roofs, develop technical literature, check software releases, and provide a technical back up service for the I-Joist companies, their builder clients and the end users.
